Just wanted to thank / encourage those that ask for help and those that post answers.
Being a newbie and only owning my first Z3 for a week this has been a great place to get information / help

At the weekend my central locking failed - groan - passenger door deadlocked - lots of potential causes - fuse 35 - 25 amp kept blowing when central locking used.

Reading the various posts and solutions gave the confidence to remove the door card with the door shut - break open the lock with no damage - remove the actuator etc

Central locking works great with the passenger side actuator removed - now just need a replacement and get it fitted.
