Hi, im having a problem with awful rattle under dashboard around 4k rpm. I removed central console and glove box. Still the same. Is it possible that rattle comes from heater unit or passenger airbag mount ? I also checked gearbox and engine mounts, no cracks visible so I assumed that is not the problem.
I think we're going to struggle to diagnose anything on a forum. These cars are getting on for 30yrs old now, it could be anything. I'd suggest just keep removing bits and bring somebody along with you so they can investigate while you drive, or vice versa
Yeah, you are probably right. I will end up removing whole dashboard. It’s so annoying that I even considered selling the car.
