How To Guide How to access rear bumper marker light bulbs

Neither of these lights have worked since I bought the car . I had assumed they were reflectors !
If they are lights how do you get tpo the bulbs . I replaced the front marker bulbs by removing the light , using " strategic leaning" on the light body .
This hassn't work on the rear lights . I can't find access via the boot . Do I have to remove the wheel and the wheel well liner just to change a
@#$% twinky bulb ??

I am fairly confident the US/Canadian rears are just reflectors.

Here's the different marker light changes and there's no mention of rears. Pelican Parts are US based.

US models usually have a tiny marker light in the very outside edge of the rear light cluster that comes on with the ignition, EU cars don't have this fitted.
