how do I upload image of z3 onto profile?

Hover over your forum name top right corner, when the drop down options appear select avatar then you are able to choose a file to upload.
Conversely if you want to setup a signature with a picture select signature rather than avatar and then you are presented with a text box with all the usual forum facilities for adding pics and emojis.
