When l had my Ferrari l once got lost after dropping my missus at the RNCM in Manchester and ended up in Moss Side.
I was pretty much ignored.
Afterwards l spoke to my friend who is a rozzer and he said "you were fine they will have thought you were a drug dealer"

It was just pure coincidence that I was over in the UK on the day of Princes Diana's funeral.
The roads were empty, everything was closed, so I floored it a bit.....:bag:
When I got to my destination I got the comment "Bloody hell, you did that quick".
I just smiled and said, well yeah.....
Then came the next comment, "Surprised you did not get a brick through your windscreen driving that big black Merc like that over here today".

Oops......

I take it because Diana was killed in a black Mercedes?
Can't blame the car. If they'd had their seat belts on they would have survived.
Well, the driver had no chance but the rear cabin was not compromised by the crash.
The bodyguard in the front passenger seat wasn't wearing his belt either but was saved by the front air bags

Yep, and call me cynical, but I could just not understand the public outpouring of grief...!!!!
And the press are coming up for a field day now, sick of seeing it in the newspapers already.
