Hi , new to this & the forum...my Z3 seems a little "twitchy" over bumps in the road, had the wheels balanced, breaks done & bushes checked, is this the "norm" for Z3's or do i need to replace rear tryes...any suggestions would be very helpful. Thank you in advance.

:welcome:to the forum from West Cumbria. If your undercarriage is all in order then most likely the tyres. Try the pressures first as it's free then work from there.

Welcome to the forum Scott. I had problems when i first got my Z3 very twitchy. Falcon tyres all round helped as did strut brace and poly bushes up front.

Hi from Mansfield. Mine was terrible, over time I've changed, shocks, springs, tyres, had the rear beam bushes done so just got the lower arms, track rod ends and lolly pops to do which is soon. It is already tonnes better.

Hi and welcome from me in Scotland.
As already said tyres can have a big effect on the way a z3 drives .
Again as said shocks could be the issue is they are original ( and a lot are) even though they might not be wet externally damping effect could be quite reduced bearing in mind any original parts are 20 plus years old
