Z3 help - immobiliser

Hi all,

having trouble with my ‘99 z3 2.8 manual

battery is fully charged but car wont start, won’t even try to start but all electrics work. Car has been sat for a few months, I suspect the issue to be the immobiliser as this has happened before since I moved house.

is there anyone local to Lincolnshire that has access to BMW software to reset immobiliser? Happy to pay.
