I'll be there saturday with my boy, really looking forward to it.
Never been before, we are taking 3 of our grandkids.Really looking forward to it
It’s the best all round car event of the year I think. You just need to be prepared to walk a lot and spend a small fortune on food and drink, but there’s nothing stopping you taking your own food and drink as well. I normally take a cooler box and have a picnic in the car park at the end of the day.
It was hot and very very dusty … but absolutely awesome ! @bombur With kids get the tractor trailer up to the rally stage and finish line at the top… it’s a long walk otherwise. It’s up past the F1 fan zone. As always you would need a week to see everything.
@Lee The new Monster grandstand just below the rally stage at the top of the hill was awesome .. free drinks, great view of the track, top DJ, mad trials riders, free stuff .. and errm the ‘Monster Energy Girls’

sorry guys meant to mention, if you asked for Paul on the Rolls Royce stand …and mentioned the Zroadster forum …he would have given you a free drink…which I would have paid for

I went a number years ago and also did the Goodwood Revival at the circuit. If I had to go back to one event (it’s a long way down there from Up North
) it would be the Revival meeting for me.
I’ve got about 30 hours of this years F of S to watch which I’ve download from Sky which is a great way to see the event from afar.
Hope you all enjoyed this year’s event the cars and bikes looked awesome. It’s only at these events you see so many star drivers and riders as they love these events aswell.

Was amazing to be fair, photos soon. We did loads, most of it. @AntStark my grandkids are 19,17 and 11. We had a fab time and no issue walking up and back. Hilarious point you make as the 19 year old kept wanting to go to the monster stand. He did mention.....not for the drinks.. and after taking him to USA and visiting twin peaks I know why now. They were not there. But was a great spot. Have a nice vid of Lando driving past
Just got back. As ever, some amazing cars on display and going up and down the duke’s driveway. Also a great opportunity to speak to the people who design, build, drive and maintain the cars. This year was hot and dusty AF and after 24k steps I’m knackered, but will be back again next year.
