Having just had both cataracts done recently, I had to think of health and safety issues when constructing a tomato plant frame…. don’t want to damage either of my new eyes……

Thank you very much - hopefully my "her indoors" doesn't see this. I had a cataract done 4 weeks ago and I've made her believe that I'm not allowed to do ANY gardening for at least 3 months.

"Keep the dust out" they said.

Of course they also said that "Garage" dust, fibreglass and driving with the top down is fine.

I had mycataract surgeries a year ago. I still chuckle at being able to see roafld and street signs from a distance. I knew my eyes were bad but nit that bad. I also was afraid to drive after dusk because my night vision was nearly nil. Now my vision is 20 -20 and driving at night is no problem.That dr and his staff were wonderful. Tragically, 6 montha after he'd done my surgeries, he committef suicide...
