Heater /demister switch fault

Hi all, long time no see! Z3lda's heater/demister switch only works on '4'. How do I get to change the rheostat? Pics please if possible.

If you are talking about the fan switch or blower, it might not be the switch at all, it might be the resistor pack that the fan controls.

It is almost certainly the resistor that has failed if it works on 4, but not the others.
Does your Z3 have Aircon? - The resistors are quite different from a non Aircon.
I have a good resistor for Non Aircon if you need one?
