I have only owned a Z3 for 4 months and have much to learn. (2000 2.8 5 speed in topaz blue) I'm currently trying to figure out why I have water under my driver's seat carpet. I took the seat out to replace the acceleration sensor and it was sitting in water. I'm in the process of drying it out but need to know where it came from and how to fix it. I have a new sensor to install but need to fix the water issue as the part was $250. Anyone else have this problem? The carpet on my side is bone dry as is everywhere in the cabin. I was just starting to really love the car. Thanks in advance.
