Hello
I have a 1999 z3 2.8 in blue. Had for around 5 months. Initially tramlined but changed front wishbone bushes for M3 and tyres and rear springs and better now, but not perfect. I would describe it as a 2/3rds car as nice to drive at 2/3's, not so nice above that.
Anyone have any confirmed recommendations for firming up the front end. And hello to all. Also if anyone has a Raid Daytona 340mm steering wheel, Z3 boss and adapter for a duel airbag system for sale I'm interested, but understand its a long shot !!

Hi Kane. welcome from me near Lincoln. Have you tried looking at the rear end suspension, inc. rear beam bushes they're all 20 years old too and could be affecting the car as a whole. Not forgetting the shockers if they are still originals?

I have replace the rear shock with OEM sachs. (I stated rear springs above, but meant shock) and the diff bush mount when I had the rear diff oil changed. But I have not replaced any bushes on the rear beam. I will look into it. Thanks

What about the front shocks mate, are they original too ? If they are then that would be my first port of call, you could be surprised how poorly they work.

Tony.
