It's been bugging me for a while that I only had one ignition/alrm key for a while.

I got my new key cut at my local Timpsons for £10

I watched this video on YouTube Beware very industrial language !

It's a fairly simple process.

This gives you a key that will start the car and manually open the drivers door and bonnet but no remote operation.

I followed these instructions to program my key / Keys to the cars alarm/imobiliser. Important to watch the full video or only one key will work.

Edit, added picture of keys.

Old key at top, new key below. Slightly different case/buttons but it works.
Quality wise not as good as the original but better than no key at all.
