Hi all, we are three weeks away from the meet. We are 99% sorted now. The leaders will be doing a final reccy run next sunday then I shall drop meet times etc for the day on the original post so please keep an eye out for the update.
I appreciate people's plans can change, if anyone is no longer able to attend please let me know so your group isn't waiting for you.

Arrived at the Eyre Arms, Rampton so will be on time for the recce 2mo as just round the corner. Just out of interest hoping the route can be downloaded to myroute app? Otherwise I've got the road atlas!

Hi folks. As you can see from the above post the group leaders and Shirl and Gary have done the final reccy so I can post the final arrangements:
Meet up is 10.00 to 10.15 at the Swan at Torksey. Postcode on original post.
There will be markers in the ground with the group numbers on it. Please know which group you are in and join the line in accordance to your number.
Leaving times from the Swan are:
Group 1 10.50
Group 2 11.00
Group 3 11.10
Group 4 11.20
Group 5 11.30
The run is 1hr20 and there is no stop on route so please make sure you have sufficient fuel and you have done nature's call before your group sets off. The groups will not wait, if you are late, your group will have gone. There are toilets 100yds up the road from the Swan, they are just a male and female single loo used for the lock and cafe. These can be used but please don't all desend on them at once, there isn't the room. Pic below shows where it is from the Swan.

It must’ve been after 2019, ktnez99, as we got the blue G29 that year, having taken part in our E89 from the beginning of Tony’s cruises.
