Newbie from Wales...

Hello.

Not a Z3 owner as yet, loooking to buy my first. Have been a looking for a few months now as I am at a point in my life again where I want a weekend toy.

Ran a Honda S2000 for 5 years but had an itch for a Z3 that needs scratching. When I do get the right one, the plan is to keep long term.

Plenty of good ones out there. The equivalent to the S2000 power wise is the 3.0, if power/performance is what you want. They do command a higher price though as made in much less numbers than the 2.8.

To be honest, it wont all be about power so don’t mind a 1.9, just has to be the right car if you know what I mean. Plus my budget isn’t huge. I have missed out on a couple of cars recently so I am hoping any time soon...

I am prepared to wait, although I can be impatient so trying to not jump in too soon and more than happy to travel for the right car. I have driven a few 1.9 models and a 2.0 model this year already.
