You are right at the top of the market with that asking price - nothing wrong with that for a low mileage special edition pre-facelift widebody in great condition but there are probably 3 things you need to focus on immediately.
Firstly get some proper storage sorted - it will take time to find the right buyer and it sounds like you are moving imminently with the loss of your existing storage solution.
Secondly get a detailed advert sorted that will provide potential buyers with assurances that the car has had all the necessary maintenance despite covering very few miles.
Finally extend the sale beyond this forum - places like Autotrader and Pistonheads being the obvious ones but I suspect there are many more you could consider once you start to research.
Regarding the second point and I've not done it with a Z3 before but I recently had my E89 30i in with Sytner for a vanos bolt recall and they sent me a complimentary health check video. That included a walk round from underneath by one of their technicians - covering the state of the brakes, brake lines, suspension and a check of main areas for oil leaks / seepage. Great to provide potential buyers and potentially something to consider obtaining either from your local main dealer or an independent garage.
