The Sony head unit that came with my car stopped working so replaced it with something better looking with Bluetooth. I’ve not messed around with car radios since the mid 90’s, so needed to ask for some advice at Halfords, but it was easy to install once I was told which wires to connect.

Buttons light up red. The main display is a kind of black and white, but someone else on here has managed to add an orange film to theirs to make it look very oem.

OK so to go with the Hellrot Red Hardtop I manager to locate OEM Rear Spoiler @£200 ...... in guess what ... yep Red...

So that Hardtop, OEM Rear Spoiler and New Front Rieger Spoiler (when it arrives) off to the painter all at the same time.... must stop spending

Edit…literally took 5 mins to fit ..now need a new blanking plate where the USB port was previously. Used a connects 2 adapter so no faffing about with the wires

I like these, at the time when I bought my car I was a bit swift in changing the broken one with a £60 Halfords one. Its good but I would have preferred this - didnt have the budget at the time or knowledge!

I went the other way ..£500 quids worth of Pioneer touch screen…so theoretically I am down grading, but the reality is I don’t use most of the features in apple car play ..and who needs sat nav when half the fun in a zed is getting lost exploring the backroads. This is now destined for my sons Polo.

I too 'bought' an MOT. Thankfully, I didn't need to buy anything else of the back of it
He let me have a look underneath the car as well, really pleased how clean it it all is and he commented on the all round very good condition of the car. Well pleased.

Got a small refund and £10 voucher from Halfords after they messed up my last order so got these for £0

Also these arrived following theft of one of my BMW (fake) ones. Went for Mpower-I know, I know. Also my wife pointed out I should have got the same as before in case anyone stole another- I realised she was spot on...but had already pressed buy!

I have to stop looking at eBay for interesting bits - Genuine AC Schnitzer Exhaust Tips for the 2.8. Bit batterer but I have a great local metal works shop as well as a plating shop so hopefully end result will be good as new. £60 well sent imo. Will post final result.
