Worsening cold idle

Previously posted about revs swinging wildly on start up.

Car out of storage and well run in.

No fault codes.
Revs swinging around still. Enough that the engine stalled.

No air leaks. Quality MAF.

Any thoughts?

The idle air control valve controls the idle speed and the cars computer control it.
Other than that we could be talking vacuum leaks in the intake manifold and related accessories.
